   Outstanding customer service!
Looking for something a little less formal but still beautiful, I found the Hayes porcelain dinner wear set was perfect. Excited to open the package when it arrived to find a broken piece. There were cards enclosed which stated that the boxes are handled a LOT during shipping. I called the customer service number and in a few short minutes they were shipping me a replacement!    Beautiful dinnerware
We purchased 3 sets of Elama Hayes dinnerware. Although a little on the small size, these dishes are very attractive. They look great on our black table. In addition, the customer service is outstanding! A few pieces arrived damaged, and they were promptly replaced. The customer service representative was friendly and helpful.
