Outstanding customer service!
Looking for something a little less formal but still beautiful, I found the Hayes porcelain dinner wear set was perfect. Excited to open the package when it arrived to find a broken piece. There were cards enclosed which stated that the boxes are handled a LOT during shipping. I called the customer service number and in a few short minutes they were shipping me a replacement!
